Add VIP or Donators

Give the Donators/VIPs something to be proud of. Make the ::hangout command VIP/Donator+ Only. Maybe give them one 99, or a custom item of their choice. If you have any suggestions, please add on.

also i told virus he should make a spawning place this way we have plenty space to spawn monsters :F

Adding VIP or donators is good but u don't want to push it when the server just starts u want to have it somewhat established with people before u start to make special areas and special things for donators and VIPs I would personally wait a while if ur going to put in special people
